Net wall area = wall area - openings

Order flat area = net area × (1 + waste %)

Flat boxes = order flat area ÷ flat coverage per box

Corner boxes = corner length × (1 + waste %) ÷ corner coverage per box

Mortar bags = order flat area ÷ mortar coverage per bag
